Forklift training is a legal requirement for anyone operating lift trucks in the workplace. Our courses cover safe operation, load handling, and workplace safety to ensure compliance with Health & Safety Executive (HSE) regulations and reduce the risk of accidents.
What is Forklift Training?
RTITB Forklift Truck Training is a nationally recognised programme designed to equip operators with the skills and knowledge to safely and efficiently operate forklift trucks. Whether you're a complete novice, an experienced operator needing certification, or looking to convert between truck types, this course ensures compliance with UK health and safety regulations and industry best practices. Successful candidates receive an RTITB Certificate of Basic Operator Training, valid for 3 years.
What's Included?
- Practical training on forklift operation, including load handling, stacking, and manoeuvring.
- Pre-use inspection procedures and understanding of lift truck stability.
