When I joined as HR Manager in 2002, they were already a trusted partner—and in 23 years, I’ve never had reason to look elsewhere. We manage the North East inbound supply chain for Nissan and much of their warehousing, so effective training is essential. TTS is more than a provider—they're an extension of our HR function. Their training is consistently high quality, with efficient admin support. They train 150 drivers, 50 warehouse staff, and office personnel, covering Driver CPC, forklift, Transport Manager CPCs, and bespoke programmes. I have no hesitation in recommending Allan and his team.

I have worked with TTS for coming up to two years, but Northumberland County Council have had a good working relationship for a lot of years.
