Overhead Crane Training is designed for individuals who operate or supervise the use of overhead gantry cranes, pendant controlled cranes or remote operated lifting systems within industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environments. Overhead cranes are essential for lifting and moving heavy loads safely, and proper training is vital to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations.

This course provides the skills and knowledge required to operate an overhead crane safely, carry out pre use checks, manage loads correctly, communicate effectively with colleagues and understand the responsibilities expected of a certified crane operator. It is suitable for new operators, experienced operators needing formal assessment and employers seeking to ensure their workforce meets recognised industry standards.
