Having passed my test 3 years ago using TTS and having Jeff as my instructor, I bumped into him this morning for the first time since passing. Jeff instantly recognised me and asked how I was getting on. The personal touch, which I always felt was one of strongest points from TTS, certainly makes you feel like you’re not ‘just a number’ to them (along with exemplary training of course). Since passing through TTS, I have gone on to continue within the transport sector and moved on from driving to being a transport supervisor and have recently passed my TMCPC. I firmly believe that this wouldn’t have been possible without Jeff’s initial enthusiasm, encouragement and support when training. Thanks a million Jeff!!!
