Careers Guidance
Our qualified careers advisors provide one-to-one support, helping learners set SMART goals, overcome barriers and plan their next steps. Through employability workshops, labour market insights and guidance aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks, we help every learner progress with confidence.
DWP
TTS works closely with the Department for Work and Pensions to support jobseekers through funded training and Skills Bootcamps. Together, we help people move into sustainable careers, addressing skills gaps and strengthening the transport and logistics workforce across the region.
Ingeus
TTS is proud to work in partnership with Ingeus to help individuals gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the transport and logistics industry. Through this collaboration, we provide high-quality training and progression opportunities that lead to meaningful, long-term employment.
